Tuesday Treats – A Chocolate Bundt Cake
For being a self-proclaimed chocoholic, I’m not a huge chocolate cake fan. I’ll always pick white or vanilla or strawberry or spice or carrot (you get the idea) over chocolate. Not sure what it is, but besides Hershey’s Perfect Chocolate Cake (ah-ma-zing), I have yet to gush over a chocolate cake.
But when I saw this recipe last week, I couldn’t help myself. I had to try it.
The batter itself was worth the time. Check it out.
Rich, creamy, and light, almost like frosting!
I wanted to take a spoon and eat the “cake” right out of this bowl.
Lucky for the boys I didn’t do that.
Because now they have this delicious cake to get them through the week.
And also lucky for them (and me?) that, again, it’s not my favorite. Have at it, boys. Bundt it up.

Can I say BOTH?! I prefer yellow cake with vanilla frosting but chocolate is a very close second. Nice baking!

Hmmm if I do a white or yellow cake I have to have chocolate icing… but I do love a good chocolate cake… either way, chocolate is involved hehe

I’m not a huge cake person in general. But if I have to choose, I prefer really super dense chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream… oooohhh yeah….

Yum! I’m a classic white and white buttercream gal… Traditional wedding cake is my favorite treat!
Can I vote for brownies? I don’t like cake very much, which is weird because I LOVE cake batter, but the actual baked end result, I am not huge fan. But if I had to pick, I think I would choose white…white with chocolate icing
I am not a chocolate came fan either really, but when the batter looks like that I want to be! My all time favorite is angel food cake. I love a nice fluffy white cake any day!

That looks yummy. Hersey has a Chocolate Rum cake that is out of this world!
