Mizuno Has My Heart AND My Feet
When I tried my first pair of Mizuno running shoes this past December, I very quickly fell in love.
They’re so soft and cushiony and like heaven on my feet.
So when Mizuno contacted me to ask if I wanted to try the new Wave Rider 16′s there was no way I was going to say no. I definitely wanted to give them a try!
BUT when I got my shoes they ended up being a half size too big. 
I quickly emailed my contact and asked if we could do an exchange, but instead of making me send them back they suggested I gift them to a friend and they’d send me a new size for myself. Holy generous!
So now a good friend of mine and I have the newest, coolest, hottest shoes in town:
In addition to being the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in awhile, this company has stolen my heart with their customer service, too. They have a loyal customer for LIFE!!
This also means I’ve definitely found the shoes I’ll be wearing for the Cleveland 10k. Now all I have to do is find an outfit to match my shoes (just don’t tell J). 
Has a company ever won you over and/or turned you off just from their customer service??
Awesome! All if my half and full marathons have been run in Mizunos. Love them!
I bought a pair of Wave Rider 15s in that same purple/red color for walking around and general use and they are pretty comfy. (I’m a huge Brooks fan and they feel better on my feet for running.) It’s awesome that Mizuno has treated you so well. I definitely lose a lot of respect for a company when they have bad customer service and I try to stay away from buying their product or services.
It’s awesome when you find a shoe that just works for you! I recently got another pair of a different brand and will keep buying them. Now I just need to wear them outside and get them dirty … There so nice looking I’ve only worn in the gym!
I’ve never tried Mizunos! I just got my first pair of Brooks and I really like them, but I’ll definitely consider Mizunos for my next purchase. Good running shoes are SO necessary!
I am running the 10k as well. Don’t beat me too badly.
I recently bought a pair of mizunos thinking they would be awesome for running and I would make the switch. However, I have massive blisters all over my heels from trying to wear them. I’m going to try and really break them in and give them a shot still though. They feel comfy and supportive which is what I wanted.
if you made the switch from nike, maybe it’s time i do the same…

I just switched to Mizuno and love them. My running partner wears them too – we actually joked this morning that we looked like Easter (mine are pink, and hers are that lighter aqua-ish blue).

Honestly, I absolutely LOVE Mizuno. The company is more than helpful. I had questions even after I got my first pair and really got into running. So, I called them and the customer service was more than helpful! I seriously love them. I need some new ones now! I’m excited to get a new pair! I need to figure out which ones I want now!
I switched to Mizuno a few years back. I have tried a few different brands ad these are one of my favorites. I wore the wave rider 11, but they are now discontinued. I like that they are a snug fit shoe across the arch without feeling heavy and big. Good Luck with the 10K. My friend and I will be there too.
That is an amazing company! I would be super loyal after that too! I’ve always wanted to try Mizunos. Some day!
I actually won a pair of those shoes on a blog a couple years ago – they are so comfortable. I have weird feet – one foot is a size 6.5 and the other is 8! I tell my twin sister I blame her because she probably sat on my smaller foot so it didn’t grow right!
