Time For A Rest Day
I am much overdue for a rest day. I haven’t had a day off since last Thursday and I’m feeling it.
My shoulders are sore. My triceps are sore. My forearms are sore. Everything is sore.

Since I can’t run (haven’t had my podiatrist appointment yet!), I’ve been trying to get cardio in any way that I can. And the workouts the past 5 days have definitely delivered in the cardio department.
(I would so much rather run than row – but what’s a girl to do?)
In addition to the cardio, the extra strength training Jay and I have been putting in has finally caught up to me. It’s actually working??
Maybe it’s time for a rest day, Heather.
And I’ll gladly take it. Soon. I promise.
Do you take scheduled rest days each week? Or do you let your body dictate your rest days??
p.s. Day 1 of Advocare was a breeze! Only 23 to go……
