Good and Bad
Everyone has their own “good and bad”. And hopefully the good outweigh the bad. But the scale definitely tips back and forth depending on the day, your mood, or even the year you’re having!
Good: My shoulder strength
Bad: My leg strength
Squats are not my friend.
Good: Being a brunette:
Bad: OMG, you guys. The gray hairs!
Good: These boots from Nordstrom:
Bad: The price. I need to save, save, save because I LOVE these so much.
Good: I ran tonight!
Bad: It was only 2 miles and now my foot is sore. That smile was “pre-run”.
