It felt so good to put on my beloved Mizuno’s tonight. It’s been awhile!
I’m running the 10k as an official blogger for this year’s Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon (my recent favorite distance!). And other than the occasional one mile run we do at Crossfit, I rarely run more than 400 meters at a time anymore.
So I put on my favorite shoes, favorite running shirt, and favorite iTunes radio station and hit the treadmill for some work!
It’s funny how quick I always fall back in love with running. Just this quick, short run had me all hyped up. #myfirsttruelove
