Running Is Therapy

Ever have one of those days? Like, when you really want it to be a good day but it’s not?

That kind of happened to me this weekend. It wasn’t anything serious, but enough to change my mood.

So I did what I used to do when I wasn’t feeling my best.

Put on my running shoes and sweat it out.

But this time was even better because Jay did it with me. There’s nothing a good husband/wife sweat session can’t solve. :)

We’re both running the Rite Aid Cleveland 10k in May so this run served a dual purpose: feel better AND train for the race!

No matter how much I crossfit, I still love to run. I can’t wait to run this race!

What race are you running next? What’s your favorite distance?

I’m an official blogger for the Cleveland Marathon and am offered a free race entry in exchange for blogging about my experience. However, this is my favorite race ever!

Running is definitely my therapy. I think I’ll be doing a 10K April 5. I’m kind of liking that distance.

Running is my therapy too. Now that we have a dog, running with him has just been amazing! I’m running Cherry Blossom in 2 weeks in DC!! And I have to say the half marathon is my favorite distance.

Running is my therapy, too! Can the weather just break so we can run outside instead of on the hamster wheel?

Good for you guys. I love to run with Ted, he doesn’t run fast, he’s always relaxed and that transfers to me.
Next race Boston – hopefully, unless the foot pain is more than it seems.
