Running Is Therapy
Ever have one of those days? Like, when you really want it to be a good day but it’s not?
That kind of happened to me this weekend. It wasn’t anything serious, but enough to change my mood.
So I did what I used to do when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Put on my running shoes and sweat it out.
But this time was even better because Jay did it with me. There’s nothing a good husband/wife sweat session can’t solve.
We’re both running the Rite Aid Cleveland 10k in May so this run served a dual purpose: feel better AND train for the race!
No matter how much I crossfit, I still love to run. I can’t wait to run this race!
